style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">4、施工中严格执行施工规范，质量标准，安全操作规程，防火规定、安全、保质、按期完成本合同约定的工程内容。</span></p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">5、未经甲方允许不准将与施工人员无关的其他人员带入施工现场。</span></p><p style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">：</span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">室内装修拆除完毕，垃圾清理完毕，工程完工验收合格后，甲方一次付清拆除款，乙方开具正式税票。</span></p><p style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">：</span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">为进一步贯彻落实</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“安全第一、预防为主”。的安全生产方计，严格执行劳动保护和安全生产的法令、法规、强化安全生产管理，落实安全生产责任制，依法，从严治理施工现场，确保项目施工中操作人员的安全与健康，促进施工顺利进行。乙方在施工过程中必须采取严格的安全措施，承担因安全措施不当</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">造成</span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">的工程事故，人身伤亡等责任，并承担全部费用。与甲方无关。</span></p><p
